0:25.4	that's short and sweet. So the title of today's show is allowing your energy and your intuition to guide the way forward.
0:35.0	I am about to fly to Los Angeles this afternoon to attend an intuition seminar.
0:42.0	I'll be meditating for a couple of days which I'm so excited
0:44.8	about. It's an event hosted by Mind Valley and as you guys know I absolutely adore Mind Valley
0:49.9	having just returned from one of their most incredible events that was hosted in
0:55.1	barley. So I am really inspired to understand more about intuition and how I can better show up in my own life.
1:06.0	And this might sound a little bit funny to you if you have been following me for a while now
1:10.1	to understand that as a teacher it's my responsibility to make sure that I learn as much
1:18.0	as possible and I am completely committed to that so that I can show up and then teach my students different levels
1:26.0	and layers of awareness that will help on their journeys to manifesting.
1:32.1	And in the spirit of full transparency there is a little bit more going on behind the
1:36.3	scenes than I can actually talk about right now. I am going to write a book that has a theme of intuition about it.
1:46.2	That is going to be my next book.
1:48.8	I have just kind of written down the outline, what it's going to be about, who it's going to help the most, which is where my mission and my vision comes into place.
1:59.2	But needless to say, it will be about cultivating your own sense of intuition. That is something that is
2:06.3	super secret. I haven't even said it out loud yet, so you guys are the first to hear about it.
2:10.6	And I've also got a big book announcement that will be coming in the
2:14.9	next month or so so if you are really excited to learn more about the book that
2:20.3	I wrote this year that's being released next year in 2019, please make sure
