Welcome to episode 17 of Art Juice with me Louise Fletcher and me Alice Sheridan.

Today we're going to talk about rising to challenges. We both had an absolutely crazy busy time

for the last few weeks and learned a lot about ourselves, what we do well and perhaps what we could

improve on. We also have a great listener question about approaching galleries.

But first of all, what have you been working on this week, Alice?

Well, it's been an interesting week of being slightly fixed to my computer, but a

fascinating week actually and very exciting week because I've been involved with Nicholas Wilton's creative

visionary program which has now started and it's fantastic everybody coming in.

But I think the point about that really was and it's fantastic, everybody coming in.

But I think the point about that really was it has made me

confront so many things that I would have avoided doing

if I only had to do them for myself.

What do you mean?

It's made me get organized with more systems.

My weekly planner which is normally quite full my my weekly planner is is usually quite full and quite busy and last week which was the craziest

week ever in the world it's completely empty because there was just so much to do each day and every day that I couldn't keep track of it that way.

It was just a continuous series of things that all needed to be done one after another, one after another.

And that's not normally the way I work, so it was just very, very interesting to be put in a situation

where suddenly the pace was very different.

What was required of me in terms of technology was very different.
