All right, kids, let's get to its seminars.

October 15th through the 17th in Wichita Falls is the next one coming up.

After that, December 10th through the 12th to round out 2021.

For lifting camps coming up, we do have a self-sufficient lifter camp on September 11th,

covering the squat press and deadlift, how to film yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique.

After that, we have a squat and deadlift camp on August 21st

in Fort Worth, and then another squat and deadlift camp on August 29th in Austin at starting

strength, Austin. We have some three lift camps covering the squat press and deadlift coming up,

two of those in London, one on September 5th and one on September 12th, and then November 7th

in Baltimore at 5x3 training. Also hosted by 5 by 3 will be the 10th annual

Charm City Strongwoman on September 12th. That's a charity strongwoman event coming up.
