Summary

0:10.9	I have mentioned my therapist Pam. I mean, anywhere I can really for the last 10 years. You can see Pam soon on a celebrity episode of,

0:45.5	always positive, no matter what's going on in your life, to have a neutral sounding board,

1:17.2	Like, they will do anything, some of them, to avoid it.
1:21.6	And, um, I've known men like that in my life and women and British people, unfortunately. But I just think it is
1:30.9	maybe on the surface you feel like you don't have time or it's an expense, but I think it's so
1:35.7	worth it. And the way that my voices today made me think of Pam because I was about to tell you
1:42.1	some sad, sad news in the Ryan Cooster household. And when I delivered this news to Pam, she was like, oh, your voice changed. I don't want to give away all of Pam's secrets. But she was like, your voice, your skin tone changed, your expression. Like she really looks at how you move your body. And I was like, I don't think so, Pam, it's fine by me. And she was like, oh, well, I noticed a change, but whatever.

2:14.9	absolutely can't speak about because I do have discretion, believe
