So guys, today we are going to be talking about John Meadows.

He has unfortunately passed away.

That is what I have received a few text messages about this morning.

And it's a pretty shitty thing to wake up to.

And, you know, I think it goes without saying that John is one of the most, you know, he's the nice guy of the industry in that meme on the More Plates More Day subreddit.

I thought it was pretty fucking accurate when it said he was like the, there was like a tier system of like good, neutral and like evil or something.

On the top right, it was like, me is chaotic good,

the Truvian physique and the middle, middle neutral good. On the top left, like, who would

be a better fitting individual for this spot, lawful good, John Meadows. So, you know,

the one of the most caring individuals, one of the most, you know, well, respected and liked simultaneously. And, you know, the, uh, one of the most caring individuals, one of the most, you know,

well, were respected and liked simultaneously. And, um, you know, when I was starting to grow a bit

on YouTube and, you know, starting to get my information out there a bit more, um, it was very

cool to see him commenting on my stuff. Like, for example, I did a video February of last year

where I was talking about Santa Aragon's contest prep and kind of my analysis on the

protocol design and whatnot. And the top comment was Greg Doucette, my doctor, more plates

more dates, my endocrinologist,

John Meadows, my nutritionist slash trainer.

I'm all set.

And in the comment section, John said, yes, sir, more place more day, it's great analysis.

And that was like, very fucking cool to see, you know?

Like that was the first time.
