Welcome everybody to the Fly Racing RacerX podcast with Bo Bamberg. Freestyle God.

We're going to talk about Eddie Van Halen and his genius and his music and everything else that went on with Eddie.

And we're really certainly sad about Eddie's passing at age 65, still way too young just a week and a half ago or so.

And if there's one guy that maybe loves Eddie Van Halen more than me, it might be Bob Bamberg. And on top of that, this dude is fucking really talented with a guitar.

And so we thought we'd do something in Eddie's memory.

Van Halen absolutely changed the game for me growing up, whether it was in 1980.

I kind of got into

a 1984 to be honest obviously I knew about them with the first one but I was eight or nine

when 1984 came out and it really yeah it was awesome Panama and jump were phenomenal and then

as everybody knows I'm a big huge fan of all the Sammy stuff. 5150 disc.

Still, my number one CD I've ever owned and my favorite, and 5150 might be my favorite

song ever.
