Oh, great week. I was, yeah, I spent a couple of days last week with Tony Bell you filming for the

Behind the Rope shows. They'll be going out in a couple of weeks time, but great to spend that time

with fighters. That's the best part of the job. You're spending time with the fighters and seeing the graft that they put in.

It's like no other sport.
