Whenever you are listening, I'm uploading these a little bit later than I usually do.

I usually try to have them online by 2am, a specific time, but I'm recording these at a

different time right now.

I'll get back to a schedule where they're up earlier for those that are actually tuning

in every single day to a new upload in the morning.

I'm just experimenting with different formats right now.

Like I said in the previous podcast, I really want to make this podcast into a video as well.

So the option to listen to it and the option to watch it in a different style is there,

which just takes time and experimentation.

But today I wanted to talk about something because I thought of an idea and I realized

we are always in negotiation with our future selves.

Well, who we think we're going to become, who we want to become.

And I was reading a quote and I said, righteousness is a sacrifice.

And I was like, oh my God, that is so true and that resonates.

Righteousness is a sacrifice to do the right thing at times.

That is a sacrifice in itself.

And that sacrifice is a negotiation with our future selves because we do things in the

present moment to secure ourself in the future.
