Possibly legal nightmares increasing for Donald Trump. You may say, well,

doesn't he already have enough legal problems? But there's a top campaign ally

cooperating with Jack Smith. It's a big story later. George Santos also back in

court with a lot of problems. But we begin with the wider story that we were

discussing with you with the breaking news yesterday. The war on rights waged

by a Supreme Court that said it cared about precedent, but only cares about

some precedence. This now Trump act court has had these two rulings.

Businesses can legally refuse service to LGBTQ customers ruling in favor of a

web designer who said he could not would not work on same sex weddings. Now,

businesses can now refuse to sell products and services basically on the argument

that the message matters more than the equality and the nondiscrimination of

their potential client base.

No one really wants to go about their lives thinking, if I go to this place,

if I go to this restaurant, if I go to this store, am I going to be turned away

for who I am? And the court seems to say, well, well, that's just, you know, a part of life.

Again, another Supreme Court ruling that pushes back and back words, according to

many civil rights advocates, against the gains we've made in this country with

equality. Equality does not mean that everyone has to agree or live the same way.

Equality just means that there is a baseline level of respect for all people. You
