If you follow the news, you have certainly heard about the Supreme Court's ruling striking

down most of or all of affirmative action in American life.

The conservative majority blasted through decades of precedent, precedent that some that

recently vowed to uphold and basically end the consideration of race for diversity purposes

in college admissions.

They declared the programs at Harvard and the UNC violated the protection clause of

the Constitution, and that means, according to the court, those programs are now unlawful

and cannot be used in the United States.

There's also concerns that past examples where states have reduced or ended affirmative

action have led to steep drops in diversity in black and brown enrollment in college.

The court's three more liberal justices slammed this ruling and that includes one of the

newest justices on the court, Biden appoints to eat Justice Kataji Brown-Jackson, the first

black woman, to ever serve on the United States Supreme Court.

Her dissent is one for the history books, raw, stark at times even emotional.

We thought it was important to have every word of her sometimes skating 29 page to set,
