Welcome back to Coach Bennett's podcast. That's right. This is episode, I think, 133. And it's been,

it's been a minute since we've had a podcast because the last one I put

out was in 2025, which means this is the first podcast of 26, which is super exciting. And let me now

say, thank you, everybody, for being patient. I know it was kind of like, wait, where's the new

podcast? Because like I said, this is episode 133. I'm pretty sure that there were 133 podcasts put out

in 134 weeks, which means in two and a half years, there was one off week and now I've just given you a couple.

And I'll tell you why.

It was the end of the year.

We were traveling.

A lot of family obligations.

Very, very busy.

And guess what?

I know all of you were busy too.

So I wasn't planning on it being like three weeks in a row.

I was planning on it being like one week off.

And then things were busy and it became two weeks off.
