legalize pot. Why do they care? They're obviously

getting it and have been for years. So why are they getting so uptight?

302. The pot issue is a tough one for me. On one hand, the principled conservative in me wants

government to be as limited as possible. Me too. I don't like the government to be able to search vehicles based on something like smell.

On the other hand, our society won't control themselves, whether it's drugs, adult content,

or food.

Plus, your listeners are correct and that it's annoying to smell weed everywhere we go.

Can you still search a car of probable cause on marijuana smoke? I don't know. I haven't,

I haven't, you know, read about a court case recently, but I think they would have a tough time.

I don't even know if they would make the stop. I don't think cops in Boston, cops in Boston

or cops anywhere in anywhere, period, just aren't going to stop cars anymore.
