Hey, everybody. Thanks for tuning in to the recovering fundamentalist extra, extra coming to you.

You're going to get two episodes in one week. That's pretty impressive. I don't know what our

episode later this week is

going to be about, but we just wanted to come to you tonight. And we're your host, Brian,

Nathan, and J.C. And kind of chat. It's been a wild couple days on social media and within

the RFP world. And we just want to kind of come and let you hear our hearts tonight.

Yeah.

And we want to jump right in by saying this disagreement has stirred up a lot of things that

we never wanted to.

I don't think the other side really wanted it to.

But before we go any further, I want everybody to know that I consider Will and

Brian of the church split my friends.

And I'm thankful for them. We've spent the last year and a half ministering with them.

We haven't agreed on everything. But man, we've gotten along great. We even spent some time with

them in Michigan, JC, and had a blast, man. And thankful for those guys.

We've taken up for each other.

We fought for each other.

And I just want everybody to know they are not our enemy.

We're not out to get them.

I still consider them my friends.

JC and I were a lot closer to them than Brian Edwards was because he had never met either of them in person, but he had been interviewed on their podcast and different things like that.

I just want to say, they're our friends and I want people to know that we're trying to reach out with this episode.
