We talk a lot on the show about messaging.

And a critical component of messaging is like the words you choose to use.

Of course.

And the words that you use to communicate something.

And I think Pete Hague said this week really took that to heart.

When he decided we were going to rename, in the spirit of America's warrior ethos

and restoring bad assery and being cool and being a man and that sort of thing, back to the military, that it was time to rename the Department of Defense, Sissy Liberal and Lame, to the Department of War.

Really cool and awesome and sick.

God, dude, we have a fucking Reddeter occupied government. It's so fucking unfortunate. It's horrible. It is. It's just so fucking stupid, man. Like, I'm glad we're dropping the pretext by calling it Department of War because like that's what it's always been. You know what I mean? But it's so fucking corny. Like the fascists that run our government

are just pale, hollow reflections of what used to be. Because it's like, it's corny to say,

we're calling it the Department of War because we actually like war and we need to remind people

that war is cool. And actually, America needs to go on the offense. Motherfolk, we've been on

the offense. Yeah, yeah. For a while now. For a long time, man. We did so many coups when it was called the Department of Defense. Yes. Like, we were famous for doing that. Was the war on terror a defensive war? No. It's just like, it's, to me, it's just fucking embarrassing. Like, these are the villains that we have. Like every generation has their villains, whether it be like the anti-imperialist movement, you know, they had people like Donald Rumsfeld and Henry Kissinger and whatnot. Obviously people in the past have been, you know, anti-Ragan, anti-Bush, all these people have had like real villains. While they might have been stupid, they at least like, we knew that they were being strategic to some extent, right? Or they had

people around them that were being strategic. Even it's not that they were stupid. It's like

they were just evil. Yeah. They were evil, but they like competently executed that. But like

the people that we in this generation have to go up against as we stared on the barrel of authoritarianism is fucking people like Pete Hegseth, fucking RFK Jr. And of course, Donald Trump himself like these people are, it's just, it embarrasses me. It is. Like, like, why are these the people that we have? Like how, how, why do I have to rally against this? Yeah. Like, why is it that they've garnered so much support somehow that I actually have to, like, fight against this? And why are they not laughed out of positions? Why, how have people like Pete Egg Seth even begun to be elevated to positions of power? That guy is lame. That guy is annoying. He's like everything you think of that is wrong with like dudes that are too obsessed

with the military. He's just, he's lame. He's fucking stupid. It makes me miss Henry Kissinger,

like genuinely. Like Henry Kissinger, evil guy, right? He is in hell right now. It's crazy that

he lived to 100 years old. Evil people often do. But like at the very least, he was somebody to

fight against. Yeah. We got fucking Pete Hegseth. Like, how do I even begin to fucking argue against like, we need Department of War, America's Warrior ethos? This trans service members need to be gone because it's distracting dudes from being able to kill better. Every other word out of this dude's mouth is lethality just for some virtue signally reason. These guys don't like believe in

anything. And that's why I feel we talked about on the show like a while ago. Like this new
