I myself am actually just a little bit under the weather and I'm right up against it again this week. This is like

but I got well enough to have a workshop yesterday in Doylestown, Pennsylvania,

at Dragonfly Yoga.

It really was an enjoyable time, and felt an earnest inquiry into yoga and a shared experience that I'm very happy to have had. It dovetailed perfectly with the blog
