I'm Mary Meckley and I welcome you

0:09.0

as you continue along with our series we're exploring this week it's all about how to

0:17.6

survive uncertainty. In each episode you are discovering a different meditation technique to help you manage the

0:29.8

ups and downs, the roller coaster ride of our current times. In today's episode you are

0:38.6

going to discover how to rewire how you respond to stress.

0:47.2

And I'll be sharing some insight

0:50.2

2:11.1

there's a pause before a reaction. So during that pause, meditators determine how they will

2:19.8

respond to stress. And so it's usually in a much better way if you can just pause

2:25.7

before you react you'll usually react in a much calmer way. So meditation helps to rewire your brain.
