Hey guys.

As you know, season four of Cheekies and Chill is officially over, but there are still some

things I want to talk to you about.

That's why over the next few weeks, we'll be revisiting some of my favorite episodes

over the last four seasons.

I'll be sharing where I am now

versus where I was when I recorded the episode and also talk about how I feel today compared to how I

felt then. I want you to think of these episodes as a countdown to something completely new,

something coming very soon. Be excited. So let's do this, shall we?

This episode was a little tough for me to record. It's the one about grieving and grieving in my own way.

This one first came out around the time of the 11th anniversary of my mom's passing.

I talked about the pressure to grieve the way others want you to grieve, especially when you lose someone as big and famous as my mother, Jenny Rivera.

I've learned that we all grieve in our own way. And I'm okay with that.

I mean, and it's not just about grieving someone that has passed. It's grieving someone that is no

longer in your life, even if they're still here physically, you know? And just because it's so

recent for me, I just, as you guys, my producers here,

Brianna and Pablo know, I just grieved my last assistant who is crazy because it's like,

it's not necessarily on bad terms, but it's like you were around someone for two years. And I might sound

silly, but I was kind of like, oh my gosh, I'm sad about this. Like, how am I going to get through

this? But I had to allow those emotions to go through me, which were the anger and the acceptance
