you have a very interesting past. You've done everything from being

from being a dishwasher, volunteer with the Boy Scouts, you work in economic development,

and you're currently managing director of Gossamer Gear.

Tell us a little bit about you.

Well, and I'm actually currently a dishwasher.

That's a, that's a current job on my resume and there's a obviously there's a whole story there but I grew up in the you you know, in the Western outdoors, camping, you know, kind of in state parks,

national parks when I was a kid and and then parents got divorced, I moved back to your

coast, the East Coast, Western Massachusetts, and was in Boy Scouts there and, you know, played in the

woods and hills of New England and then in

1976 I graduated high school and rode my bicycle back across the country and

ended up on the West Coast and have been here ever since, mostly in California,

Southern California and then for the past six years in Central Oregon.
