All right. So let me slightly counter argue on this one and I'll say why. Because I think that

where we are situated currently. So for example, you know, when you, when you're driving a car,

sometimes you need to turn the steering wheel to the right. Sometimes you're so far over here

that you need to turn it for a while or turn it to left, right? But that doesn't mean that

in every case on every road, you're turning the steering wheel in that direction.

You know, that is, that is a correct, we may be so off course,

need to turn the steering wheel in this direction for a long period, and that is correct,

but not forever.

Okay.

And so why do I say that?

So I would not assign zero value to patriotism, to loyalty, to so on.

And the thing is, and here's the problem, the problem is, if you defect it from the U.S. to the Soviet Union at that time, people would also, you're not exactly the same silted language as, you know, it wouldn't

sound exactly what the Soviet propaganda or East German propaganda sounded like, but they

would say, you're a traitor, you're a commie, I can't believe you betrayed America, you know,

hope you like it over there in a gulag. The difference is they'd kind of be right, you know.

They'd be right that actually you had, because there were a lot of, you know, foolish

people who did go and think that life in the Soviet Union was better, right?

And so it's not, so while I agree that the axis of status versus non-status is often a

valuable axis, okay?

I am more from the Lquan-U school of thought,

which says it is about immigration and immigration as opposed to other variables.
