Kim Meader. Along with her husband Troy, Kim is the founder of Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch in Central

Oregon.

They founded this organization in 1995.

Crystal Peaks takes rescued horses and pairs them with broken children for the purpose of bringing

both horse and human together on a journey of healing. Today the ranch serves

four to five thousand visitors each and every year.
