Summary

The New Breed is Unleashed as Extreme Championship Wrestling returns! ECW One Night Stand #2 has just happened which called for the relaunch of the ECW brand. This time it’s different as it’s under the WWE banner. We take a look at the very first episode of ECW on Sci-Fi. Because it is on Sci-Fi we get a LITERAL Zombie on the inaugural episode and he takes on none other than The Sandman. Rob Van Dam, who had previously won the WWE Championship at One Night Stand, is awarded the new ECW Championship. Edge shows up and spears RVD while John Cena shows up in the crowd as mayhem unfolds. Kurt Angle is now known as “The Wrestling Machine” and he proves it as he gives no offense to Justin Credible in their match.
