and it's been hands-down our most downloaded topic.

Yep, and I can't believe we've been doing this for 10 years.

I didn't even know they were podcasts 10 years ago.

I think we were early adopters or early seedlings.

Yeah, but yeah, this is a super important topic for leaders because we all want to create

high-performance teams.

Great leaders know you can't do everything yourself.

And if you try to, you become or I become, we become the lid to our organization.

Great leaders want people who are smarter than them, faster than them, younger than them,

wiser than them, and you know, everything just goes better.

But that requires assembling or creating a team.

So this is always a relevant topic.
