Welcome to the Andy Stanley Leadership Podcast. A conversation designed to help leaders

0:10.7

go further faster. Today we're celebrating 10 years together by revisiting our most

0:15.8

downloaded episode, Creating High Performance Feens. Andy, first of all, I can't believe

0:20.4

we've been doing podcasts for 10 years. I know. I feel like I should be a better leader.

0:24.5

Yeah, I feel like we should both be better leaders and I feel like I should have run out

0:28.4

of things to say about seven and a half years ago. That's why we started having guests.

0:34.6

The more interviews, the better. But yeah, but this is a subject where it just goes on and

1:30.1

1:34.1

don't even want to just have an organization. I want to have an organization that's going somewhere,

1:38.3

which requires people who take things somewhere. So the whole idea of creating an efficient organization

1:44.1

that does what is designed to do in a way that, you know, provides a future for the people involved

1:50.2

and hopefully makes the world a better place. That's that's appealing to motivated people. And
