Dave Katz.

He is the EVP and the CFO of Coke Consolidated in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Last month we began a really fascinating conversation about culture and specifically

the relationship between their amazing purpose statement and the culture that they've created

at Coke Consolidated.

In this episode we are going to continue the conversation and specifically we are going

to talk about how Dave and his team protected this extraordinary culture as they added thousands

of new employees as a result of a new opportunity that came along and you either take advantage

of the opportunity or you don't.

If you do, you know, it's more revenue but it's more headaches because you are going

to have to hire an extraordinary number of people which of course you run the risk of deluding

your culture.

spent a lot of time talking about how to make sure those two things are married.
