Hope you've had a lovely few days since we last mithered you. How are you, Claire? You're good? And very well, how are you? Oh, good. We had such a nice time last night, didn't we? We went to the gym. Yeah, we had a little workout. Went to a blaze class. Popped from a blaze cherry. Yes. David Lloyd's very nice, isn't it? It is very nice. The nicest, nicest, Jim of Elvis. David Lloyd is lovely. David Lloyd. They do want to sponsor us. Yes, they want to sponsor us or at the very least give Claire a membership. Yes. Does my guest pass still work now today? I'm not sure, you know. I'm going to try it up in Manchester. Claire was walking around with his guest pass up on her phone like it was a warrant card and she was a police officer. That's what she does with stuff. But it was good, wasn't it? It was brilliant. I was like, come and do a blaze class, you'll be fine. There's one station that's a punch bag. There's a weight station. And then there's a treadmill. And there's a lady on a Madonna headset on a microphone. Very glamorous lady.

But I thought it's just going to be funny to see how Claire reacts to all these instructions. and then the best bit at the end.

2:19.1

Remember what you have to do at the end of a blaze class?

2:22.1

Oh, the bit that you got done excited about.

2:24.7
