0:08.9	our desire to use fitness as a tool to train God's love wherever anybody's moving their body. We are

0:30.0	We train leaders to be instructors in their community so they can go out and lead other people because

0:40.1	We all need something pointing in the right direction and a leader is really good at that but hey listen leaders if you're listening
0:46.6	You can never make it about that it is about the one that you follow so eyes on Jesus everybody
0:52.2	We'll all be okay if we all just keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. Not on our waistline, not on our bank account, not on our circumstances. Eyes on Jesus. Follow me as I follow. our we discipline and the word disciple comes from discipline and today's workout is a discipline for sure.
1:18.5	I think I need this workout like crazy today. I'm actually going to be talking about a verse in the
1:24.2	scripture that kind of confounds me. I think it confounded me for a while and I
1:28.1	even did a lot of study over it in the last day or so and it's still, it's not like it's any more clear to me it is but
1:35.6	it is because everyone pontificates about you know what what it could be about and
1:39.2	it almost talks into in many different directions but I know that the Lord is speaking to me
1:44.5	specifically in this capacity of the energy that we all have the energy that we
1:50.5	expend or expend and it's powerful it's a powerful thing and how we do that
1:56.5	and what's it look like to be an energetic being in the kingdom we are in the world
2:00.9	everything has energy I might be getting a little flu flu for you, but it's true everything
2:05.8	Everything has an energy to it. It's creation itself.
2:11.9	Even inanimate objects in a sense do, but we, the Crown Jewel, have this tremendous
