okay now i tease this on friday's gear 30 episode but i've got a heck of a story for you recently.

If and when I have a spare minute, I've been sending off an email to new Blister Plus members

where I just say hello and ask them why they just signed up to become a Blister Plus member.

And a few days ago, I got this response from Amy.

Amy wrote, Hi, Jonathan.

A week ago, after completing a fantastic mountain bike ride, I was zipping along the commute part

of the ride on an asphalt road back to the car.

When I had an altercation with a wasp, it flew down my shirt.

All hell broke loose in my brain, logic was left in the dust, and while my right hand

was working to sequester the wasp,

my left hand accidentally grabbed my front break

and I went over the bars.

My face is what stopped all forward momentum.
