I'm going to provide a couple updates on some things, and then Luke Kappa is going to join me to give a bit

of an early season edition of reviewer reports. And we're going to end the episode with a bit of

shop talk. I'm talking with Alan Adams, who is the new owner of BangTale, Bike and Ski Shop in Bozeman, Montana.

And earlier this month, Alan and Bangtail became the first shop in the world to do a certain

thing and figured we'd have Alan on and ask him why he did it.

So that's a little bit of a teaser.

But also,

I say this at the very end of my conversation with Alan, that dude is a crusher, like,

crusher, crusher, and he just like real casually slides in on how he's done over two million

vertical feet of backcountry ski touring several years in a row now.

So yeah, Alan kind of sounds like super nice and unassuming.

I'm afraid to ever go ski touring with him ever.

And it seems like that's the right attitude to have with him.
