Guys, let's start with a couple of underachieving teams, the Dallas Cowboys and the San Diego Chargers.

Nick, what were wrong with those teams? People are going to think they're listening to last week's podcast

if they start with it. Nothing has changed. Nothing has changed with those two teams. Badly coached

teams not given strong, tough leadership from the top. But we could have said this last week,

we could have said it last year, we could have said it the year before that. When is the message going to drop for those two teams? The two teams, the ownership of those two teams need to

make changes because potential on both those teams is being wasted horribly. How can you have some

like Philip Rivers doing all his good years in San Diego with a head coach like that? It reminds

me of Barry Sander's been wasted by Wayne Fonnes.

It's exactly the same situation.

Change your head coaches or you're going to be suffering through years of mediocrity.

Henry, the Cowboys committed 11 penalties, 91 yards, a couple of turnover as well in that 2421 loss to Minnesota.

The charges have lost now to the Rams to Seattle to Oakland, Kansas City games that they should be

winning I mean it does it do we have to be pointing at the coaches here I think you have to I

mean there's there's no doubt both of those teams that strikes me have have relied too much on

passing the ball when they've got what looks like a pretty good running game that they should be

falling back on and and unfortunately it doesn't get any easier if you look at their upcoming fixtures as well.

Yeah, we can make all the statements we like about both these teams being laden with talent,

but head coach North Turner insists that San Diego's record doesn't lie.
