scoops of protein. I've been doing that. You know naked peanut butter? Is that a brand? Yeah, it's like powdered peanut butter, but I got the powdered almond butter.

And it's just, I don't know how they do it.

It's just like dehydrated almonds and it's in a bucket.

So I put two huge scoops of protein, big old thing, a whole milk, some ice cubes,

and then a big scoop of this almond powder butter, but it's just almonds.
