We're going to have a raw conversation about healing, emotional strength, getting over someone, narcissistic abuse, reclaiming your life after a really

toxic relationship.

Today, we are going to talk about, I know so many of you have experienced the moment where

you really see their true colors and they start to kind of show.

And you're thinking to yourself, I cannot believe this person is doing this.

You are so dumbfounded by the person that you're seeing now.

You don't even recognize this person.

If you have ever felt like someone in your life,

maybe a romantic partner, friendship was one person at the beginning of the relationship,

but completely different later on. This episode is for you. We're going to break down how

narcissists create this false persona that really hook you in because they all do. The subtle

signs that the mask is kind of starting to slip and you're starting to see these

true colors because I do think even in the beginning, we don't really see that the mask is

slipping. We don't, we start to see some things, but we're still confused a little bit. And so

the little red flags are happening, but we're not fully acknowledging them yet.

What happens when they really start to lose control? Because every person who is toxic or

narcissistic will lose control at some point. And how to protect yourself once you see the
