Summary

Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” talks to Bjørn Lomborg, the president of the Copenhagen Consensus and author of "Best Things First," about efficient solutions for global problems; the need to prioritize spending on the most effective solutions to address issues such as climate change, poverty, education, and health care; several cost-effective solutions, including investing in tuberculosis treatment, improving education through personalized learning, reducing maternal and infant mortality rates, and increasing childhood immunization rates; and how focusing on these smart solutions can make significant progress in improving the lives of the poorest populations.
