Summary

This week's mini-episode is part 3 of 4 for Mental Health Awareness Month. A look at something we all carry: a shadow. The amalgamation of everything we avoid, deny, or disown about ourselves. Despite the fact that it can be, uh, highly confronting, recognizing and revealing your shadow is (in my opinion) one of the greatest things you can do for yourself. Did you enjoy the podcast? just give you a little bit of an understanding and context if you aren't familiar with it

0:43.6

and maybe add a little bit to it if you are very familiar to it with it.
