0:34.7	So I'm going to talk kind of quiet.
0:35.5	It's like one in the morning and I am literally in my closet right now, getting packed for a trip we're heading out on tomorrow.
0:40.3	My wife is asleep in the room.
0:41.6	We've got sick kids.
0:42.4	It's kind of a weird trip to be going on.
0:44.2	We're really excited to get away for a couple days.
0:47.5	Go into a wedding for something we care about and that's going to be a lot of fun. So anyway, but I wanted to return and report back on just our awesome, our awesome, cool week.
1:01.7	So I talked before about some of this new project management stuff we're doing in the Batman meetings and the all sorts of stuff.
1:08.1	And it's been fun in the last probably three or four weeks,
1:10.9	been getting all the pieces in place and launching a little Batman meetings,
1:14.5	you need stuff happening. But this week was the first funnel we were trying to get live.
1:18.6	And so it was a different process because the goal is to try to pull me out as much as possible.
1:23.8	And so we've been recruiting people. In fact, a couple of you joined our team.
