your personal favorite year for gaming? And I know I'm usually alone on these podcasts

just talking to myself, but this time I have some of our friends from the Christmas episode

who thankfully made it alive, made it out alive, although Dave's foot isn't looking too

good. So who is here today?

And I'm Dave Rudden and I'm really angry that I can't play DDR anymore. Oh man, well,

this is gang green foot. I didn't know you were training. You should have told me you were

training. Because it's such a popular game store, right? So yeah, I gathered all of you

here today to talk about what your favorite year for gaming was and I didn't want to

put out the stipulation like not what the best year for gaming was, like objectively

speaking in terms of importance. But like what year really spoke to you and I'm going

to go first since it's my show and I'm hosting. But yeah, so my favorite year is the year 2000

believe it or not, which most people don't think is an old year, but it secretly is.

And the reason I chose it is because of like just personal circumstances. I graduated

high school in 2000. I took a semester off. I didn't go back to school. So this entire

period was just me working a part-time job living at home and just playing billions of
