It's officially Retro, it's more than 10 years old so look out everybody, look at your aging hands and features because we're all headed towards that old friend the grave aren't we?

Oh man this might be the first episode devoted to a game that I reviewed in my time in the press.

Well first of all that's really who are you mysterious press person?

I'm the voice of Jeremy Parrish.

But where's the real Jeremy Parrish sitting across from you?

Okay I got you. Who else do we have here? A special guest who I just met five minutes ago.

Ah instead of Jeremy.

Ah yes, I'm Kevin Van Ord and my voice and my body are both present in this room with you.

And Kevin where might people know you from? Can you talk about where you've worked or maybe some pieces you've written?

Sure, well I was at GameSpot for nine years until August at which point I decided to make the jump into game development instead.

And now I work for Tri and Worlds where I wrote for DeVilion for a while and then moved over to the Alice Reactor team.

Oh, cool. Yeah.

And I have Kevin on here because obviously he has a lot of credentials but he's also a huge half-life two fan.

And I will tell you the Retro Nots community failed me multiple times.

I went through and this is not this is only because I didn't know Kevin and I feel more comfortable reaching out to people who I do know to be on my show.

But like I reached out to maybe like four people before I on Twitter out of desperation.
