And technology companies are scientifically designed to keep your attention.

Whether it's Facebook updates or notification

ads that pop up after you search for a particular item

Amazon Facebook Twitter Amazon, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, on and on it goes, these products, these

products, these amazing technologies that can help keep us mobile and social and healthy

They have a downside and that downside is they're designed to keep you engaged.

So it's important for you and I

to make sure that we choose our technologies well

and we harness them so we are using it and they are not using us.
