So many of the successful retailers I know come with a both retail art side of the brain and retail

science side of the brain. Now the retail art side is most common to come by, right? It's the love of

the product and the customers and the marketing and all the reasons we get into this business for the

most part. But the retail science can be a little bit trickier to come by. And that's inventory management and the numbers

and financing and the things and the metrics that really make our businesses grow. Today I'm really

excited because we're going to talk a little bit about both sides of this brain, but also what does it

really take to make the retail science side of your business come to life and let those numbers
