I'm so glad you decided to join me today in this time of prayer and connecting with God.

I want to invite you to get in a relaxed posture.

Go ahead and close your eyes and just take a deep breath in and out.

This uninterrupted time is going to bring transformation to you and will affect the rest of your day.

Now listen to the words in Jeremiah, chapter 30, verse 17.

For I will restore health to you, and your wounds I will heal, declares the Lord.

Let's start with gratitude by praying and asking God to speak to us.

Lord, thank you for loving us today, for your

mercies that are brand new every day. Thanks for your forgiveness, your grace, and your righteousness

that you give us freely. I receive the gifts of you, your presence, Lord,

your goodness. Speak to me today, Lord. I dedicate my life and I dedicate this day to you. Guide my life, direct my steps. Thank you, Jesus.

I love you, Jesus. As the verse we read speaks of Jesus restoring health and healing wounds,

I want to pray for healing and also for any wounds or ways that you've been hurt by others.

Do you need some physical or emotional healing today?

Maybe your mental health needs to be restored.

Jesus, I pray for your healing touch right now. Healing to bodies,

minds, emotions. Whatever part of you needs healing just as an act of faith, go ahead and put

your hand on that part of your body. If it's mental health you need, go ahead and put your hand on that part of your body.

If it's mental health you need, go ahead and put your hand on your head or even on your heart.

I know it feels silly, but Jesus, our healer, is here.
