Welcome to today's guided prayer.

Today we will be taking communion, which is a spiritual practice where we rehearse what Jesus has done for us.

It's not just a tradition, but it's a powerful act where we remember and we reinforce what he is done.

Take a minute to go grab bread or a cracker, juice or wine, or some form of beverage or food to participate in communion.

along with me. In Luke 22, verse 19 and 20, Jesus was talking to his disciples and he said,
