Hernan, take a minute, fill in some gaps from that intro and give us a little glimpse of your personal life.

I'm here Los Angeles with my family, two kids, spend a lot of time outdoors and a lot of time working.

And one of the things that really got me excited about moving into the US, I grew up in Argentina.

And I had always looked at the US as a place where you could really get ahead by being the best that you can be at whatever you were doing.

And it wasn't necessarily related to how many connections you had, who you knew where you went to school, although, of course, these things didn't matter and do matter.

But I always want to try to do this idea that in the US, if you really dedicate yourself to whatever you want to do,

you can make it.
