The second thing that I want you to work on is being flexibly inflexible.

Look, I need you guys to work on deciding how you're going to get your business.

Right? There's nothing wrong with that. You go out and put a plan together, right?

I'm looking right now on the board Wendy junk has how many

sales 20 sales this month something like that seven sales this month right but

where did those seven sales come from can I tell you it's because of November

and December she was prospecting her tail off.

And in January, she took how many listings?

Like 30 freaking listings or whatever the case may be.

And so now the sales are happening. What do we have to do, however?

We got to get a couple more red squares. We got to get a couple more listings up there.

See, that's just

the balance game in this business, right? And so now watch this guys. That's a result of a solid,

intense 90-day cycle coupled with someone with years of experience in the business. So if you

don't have that many years of experience in the business, and if you don't have that many years of experience in the business and if you're not that confident in what it is that you have to say,

then maybe you have to put in more work than someone with a little bit of experience.

That's okay. That's called life, people.

That's called life. But what does it mean to be flexibly inflexible?

Here's what that means.

It means if you're doing something and it's not working, I want you to do five more things.

Right?
