1:00.9	nothing, literally, and created an incredible real estate practice, a private practice that bears
1:08.6	their name, that has their children working in it. And so to me personally, I don't think you can do any better than that.
1:13.6	I really don't, you know what I'm saying?
1:15.6	I really don't think you can do anything better than to create your own little business where
1:19.6	it ain't little in terms of the amount of money you're making, profit you're making,
1:23.6	contribution you're doing, impact you're making on the community. And then at the same time, have your kids grow up in it and still want to work in it with you.
1:32.3	Because how many of you guys know, some of our kids don't want to work in it with us.
1:36.3	So how they pull this off is pretty incredible.
1:39.3	But I've known Alex and Denise for a long time now and it's just been an honor to be not only friends with them, but to be encouraging each other.
1:51.0	And I think this is going to be a special, special treat, not only for all of you here at Intero, but for everybody out there that's a fan of what we're doing, that's a fan of the real estate sales show.
