0:27.6	First question for you. How is your market doing? I don't know if you're feeling it, but there's definitely that back-to-school shift that is going on right now.
0:39.9	At our company, we had a record month last month. It seems as though, you know, we, I think we sold
0:46.4	385 houses, something along those lines. And then this month, it kind of is starting to slow down
0:53.0	a little bit, right? So we've been rallying the troops, firing them up, getting them focused.
0:57.5	But you've got to understand that whatever you were doing in the second quarter
1:02.9	and the first part of the third quarter is now going to have to change.
1:07.3	And you've got to understand why, because people, specifically our customers and clients, focus is a little bit off right now.
1:14.0	They're getting kids back to school.
1:16.2	They're getting just past Labor Day.
1:18.3	They probably had a great weekend.
1:20.5	And the reality is, is October is coming, and that means Halloween.
1:23.6	You're going to have to plan for that.
1:25.2	November is coming, and that means Thanksgiving.
1:27.1	You're going to have to plan for that. And then coming and that means Thanksgiving. You're going to have to plan for that.
1:28.3	And then December is coming and that means December, you know, Christmas shopping and you're going to have to plan for that.
1:34.0	So I thought I'd just give you a little bit of a tip to be aware of the fact that right now more than ever, sales skills, time management, the basics is more important than ever before and get those price reductions
1:46.0	because you're going to need them now versus later before I start on today's interview we
