0:48.2	We see more and more amazing deals coming across our desk every day. But I'll tell you what, we also see a lot of junk.
0:55.0	And today, just because it's a good time to buy, doesn't mean you're going to get a great
0:59.7	deal. And this has just been driven home in the last a couple of weeks for us personally,
1:03.9	as we've watched, would-be investors and buyers pretty much sabotage an entire deal because
1:10.6	they're bargaining from the wrong place.
