0:59.9	little bit more about their world and what we're going to listen to today.
1:04.0	Bandsons is the team at Ransom Tart which is tasked with reaching younger guys.
1:10.0	Nominally, guys in their late teams to guys in their early 30s across about a
1:14.8	15-year spread but what we really wanted to do was build a platform where we were
1:20.0	reaching young guys with the Ransom Tarr worldview with a kingdom worldview.
1:26.6	So we developed a magazine that comes out quarterly, it's long-formed content on how do you become a person of maturity over time. One of our
1:35.8	taglines is initiation for the young man's soul. And then after doing the magazine
1:41.5	and making some films we realized that one of the best sort of vehicles for that content was actually going to be a weekly podcast.
1:50.0	Our vision for the podcast was dividing into three categories.
1:53.2	The first being interviewing older men and women
1:56.2	that have something to offer.
1:57.8	An expert in their fields, they have wisdom,
2:00.8	they have expertise.
2:02.2	It's a way of feeling like it's not just fellow 20-something
