Hey everybody, welcome back to another episode of the Catholic Talk talk show today Ryan and I are going to be talking about the last supper incident in Paris

That's right we're going to look at this blasphemous display by the opening ceremony of the Olympics and then talk about what a

Catholic and Christian response can be towards these kinds of blasphemies and what

we can do in reparation. Let's get started. All right. Yeah, it's certainly, you know, with Jen's care and everything, I haven't been on the

internet too much, so I was kind of catching this back on the backside of the reports,

but yeah, I've been reading up on it definitely have some thoughts on it yeah I mean

for those of you who don't know and and you know you're probably blessed that you don't know

uh... the Olympics are kicking off right now in Paris

and for the opening ceremony

they had a bunch of different displays throughout the city of Paris trying to display its culture.

But one of the scenes that Christians throughout the world are decrying is an absolutely blasphemous recreation of Da Vinci's last supper using

drag queens and incorporating the Greek god Dionysus and turning what is to Catholics one of the

most sacred moments in history the institution of the Eucharist where Christ went to

his apostles and ordained them in priests,
