insightful. And the one thing that I want to ask you before we jump into a lot of the serious

No, it's great is lovely. It's certainly a lot better than the sort of Red Bull or Monster any of these kind of more sugary drinks.

So the cookie leaf has kind of a strange slightly bitter taste. It might not be to everyone's liking but I think it gives you

Well, at the moment, I'm, I'm in the an area called the tropical of Kotubamba, the Chaparro region,

which doesn't have much altitude. Yeah, it's very is a low land area

though I was in La Pais a couple of weeks ago. That's that's where most of my family are from and And yeah, I mean, I'm altitude, I don't mind the altitude too much.

Some people suffer a little bit more than others.

But no, I don't notice the difference too much.
