The whole point of this cast, 30 minutes later, is to explain the impact of the

rare direct one in a thousand, who actually pushes back and doesn't play ball

for three whole months.

You stayed frosty, you kept having them, you kept contributing to the one-on-one, sharing, so on, asking for input, and the direct

has done nothing, actively resisted, if you will, or passively depending upon how you want to find those words.

So we're three months into our effort with one-on-one's.

Let's assume, in fact, that I have 10 directs,

nine of them I'm doing one-on-ones with,

and they've all come around. Eight of them were

ecstatic about them. Two people weren't. Both pushed back but one of the two that

were dragging their heels basically disagreed on the front end but once

he started coming he actually started contributing very quickly but I'm now with the

10th one who has successfully resisted in his mind and probably has bragged about

it to others and caused them to raise their eyebrows or maybe in the interest of not shaming
