I would like to talk to you today about an underrated superpower.

Sometimes I think that superpowers are like mega strength, right?

Or mega charisma, or mega intelligence, or some type of unique talent.

And look, they're all blessings, but they're all virtues.

But one thing that underpins so much success at life no matter what work you do,

no matter what personality you have, no matter what circumstances you find yourself in,

if you are resilient, if you practice and grow and develop your

resilience muscle, so much more will become available for you. You are going to win so much more.

There are no exceptions. Often I even say, look, I would rather even walk with somebody, life coach somebody who is maybe kind of smart, kind of good at something, and who's resilient, who has tenacity over some incredible genius who maybe is more sensitive, maybe doesn't want to

get back up after they receive a rejection or after they feel knocked down or after some form of perceived failure.

Heath and I watch this show.

He doesn't like watching too much TV,

so when I do want to sit with him on the sofa,

one thing that he will agree to watch that he really enjoys is this show called alone on Netflix and in this show alone essentially what happens is a group of people I think it's 10 people they go live in the

wilderness for it turns out to be two to three months so 70 80 90 days One time they even went for 100 days. And they go in the fall season and towards the end it's winter.

Right, so the lakes freeze over. There are no fish. They live on squirrels, they live on rabbits, they live on

capturing whatever wildlife they can find and devour and they forage for berries

which by winter have all disappeared.

Right, so this is really of course a show about skill

and experience being able to hunt, make a fire,

etc, etc.
